TIMFL Welcome to the Thousand Islands Minor Football League (TIMFL). This league is open to
youth area players. The format is full equipment tackle with
certified referees, head coaches and trainers. The objective of the league is to
provide a developmental football program to pre high school youth. The coaches
and trainers are highly experie All equipment is provided by the league except for mouth guards and cleats. The admission fee is $200 for all players and there is an additional cheque required for $300 that is an equipment deposit. The $300 cheque will be returned after the equipment has been returned at the end of the season. Cheques should be made payable to TIMFL. 2012 TIMFL Registration:

the players. The league is based in Kingston and Gananoque although players from
other regions are invited.
