Welcome to the Thousand Islands Minor Football League. This league is open to players from grade two to grade eight. The format is full equipment tackle with certified referees, head coaches and trainers. The objective of the league is to provide a developmental football program to pre highschool youth. The coaches and trainers are highly experienced and every effort is made to make the experience as fun and safe as possible for the players. The league is based in Kingston and Gananoque although players from other regions are invited.

All equipment is provided by the league except for mouth guards and cleats. The admission fee is $225 for a senior player and $200 for a junior player and there is an additional cheque required for $300 that is an equipment deposit. The $300 cheque will be returned after the equipment has been returned at the end of the season. Cheques should be made payable to T.I.M.F.L.
